| All race events in the calendar are open to ANY
member of an AVCC club. Please contact the secretary for information
regarding updates or changes. Social ride routes are subject to change on
the day depending on weather or group inclinations.

| The 2011 winter race pointscore season will finish on Saturday afternoon 24th September at Eumungerie Rd near the turnoff to the Mendooran Rd. The race will start at 2.30pm sharp. All club members and interested persons are more than welcome to attend. We will be having the usual pointscore this year for the winter season. The first person to cross the line will be awarded 11 points, 2nd 10 points, 3rd 9 points and so on. All riders who finish outside of the top ten places will be awarded 1 point for finishing. Those who turn early, or pull out due to punctures or mechanical troubles will not receive any points, or have their nomination fees refunded. Visit the link below for the latest ride and race calendar. The summer race competition will start on Thursday 3rd November at 6.00pm, from the Lazy River Estate on the Old Dubbo Road. The first race will be followed by a FREE Bar-B-Q at Wahroonga Park in South Dubbo.

IMPORTANT: If you are a rostered marshal and cannot attend , you MUST arrange a swap with another member BEFORE the race. Please let the club handicapper know as soon as possible.

LEGEND - Winter race season
Dubbo "A" Course - Start on back road to Eumungerie adjacent to Mendooran turnoff. Ride 18ks towards Eumungerie and return
Dubbo "B" Course - Start at speed limit sign on Burraway Rd at Brocklehurst. Ride 18ks towards Narromine and turn at Leary Bridge
Geurie "A" Course - Start 5ks out on south side just over Macquarie river bridge. Ride out 15ks to 'T' junction and return
Geurie "B" Course - Start on north side adjacent to race course. Ride out 13ks to 'T' junction and return
Wongarbon Races Start in Barbigal St, and go out on the Westella
Road. Races will generally be out to a turn-point at 15ks and
return. The longer road race will go to a turn point just before the
Golden Highway and return (about 51k's all up)
